It's Ready!
The much anticipated new Pastor’s House DVD is finally ready! We’ve been working on this project for several months now. Post production took a little longer than we thought it would, but the extra time was well worth it.
The new DVD is called The Pastor’s House Father-Child Projects Volume 1. It is hopefully the first in a series of DVDs designed to help fathers build strong relationships with their children. This is accomplished by building fun, useful projects together that are easy to build. We’ve designed the projects so you can do them in a few hours using standard tools most guys have in their garage or workshop.
What kind of projects? On the first DVD Pastor Ken and his six year old son Thomas show you how to build a three-hole washers game and marshmallow blowguns. We even include a Bible lesson that relates to the project.

New Production Information
I had planned on posting yesterday but got busy putting together a sneak preview of our upcoming release of The Pastor’s House Father-Child Projects DVD. I’m so excited about this project and how it is all coming together. We finished principle photography and are now in post production. We hope to release the DVD soon. This is going to make a great Father’s Day gift!
The whole idea behind this series of Pastor’s House episodes is to help fathers build lasting relationships with their children. We dads have such limited time to spend with our children that we need to be deliberate and make the most of the short amount of time we get to spend with them.
The Pastor’s House Father-Child Projects series helps families build relationships and fond memories by building projects together. Each Father-Child Projects episode will contain several easy to build projects or great activities the whole family can participate in. We’ve designed the projects so they can be built using common tools that most dads have in their garage or work shop.
We are so excited about this first episode and can’t wait for you to see it. If you would like to see the sneak preview go to www.PastorsHouse.com/DVDPreview.htm and follow the instructions.
Dads, we need to work together and help each other with ideas of how to make the most of this time in our children’s life. We have a tough job and it is hard to balance our work life, our home life, and our ministry life. We are here to help you in any way we can. The Pastor’s House Father-Child Projects is just one example of the resources we provide to help Christian parents, and especially fathers, do the best job you possibly can in raising up the next generation for Christ.
Serving Christ and His family,
Pastor Ken Lawrence

In His Steps
It’s been a while since I’ve posted any updates on In His Steps, and I wish I had something better to post. Due to a lack of sufficient funding, and other circumstances beyond our control, we are postponing the production of the film indefinitely. We have come to believe that perhaps this was not the Lord’s timing for this project, and will be pursuing other projects on a much smaller scale for the near future.

In His Steps Update
Other than that, things have been pretty quiet. Casting has been put on hold as we work out details with the actors we've selected thus far. Once everything's squared away, we'll be reopening auditions for the remaining roles.
In other news, I now have a new website, www.ZackLawrence.name where you can find pictures, exclusive videos and my new personal blog. Be sure to check it out!
God Bless,
Zack

In His Steps Update
We're currently doing some major reworking of the script, which may delay our casting announcements. As of now, the plan is to make some announcements by January 31, but this may change. We appreciate your continued prayers as we move along with pre-production.
